It was during this period that I was awarded the title of “Best South Asian Fitness Enthusiast” by DC Wale Desi, a South Asian community in the DMV area.
Back in the day, I always struggled with my weight, had a horrible relationship with food, and could not figure out how to balance fitness with my busy work schedule. I just couldn’t incorporate healthy, sustainable habits for myself. I reached out and worked with many coaches who weren’t ready to teach me how to build long-term habits, weren’t relatable, and didn’t put in the effort to understand my lifestyle. And if you’ve been there, trust me, I know exactly how it feels.
I wanted someone who was equally enthusiastic, equally involved in the process, to be there by my side when I needed them. Unfortunately, most of the coaches I worked with were just enthusiastic during our first call to get me into their program. Once I was in, they hardly showed any interest. They were barely responsive. If I had a question, they would get back to me after 2-3 days. They didn’t put any effort into creating personalized diets, and they made zero effort to keep me accountable!
And I wanted to change that!!
That’s when I started ‘FitLifeWithVatsa’ to break down fitness, to get rid of all the fluff that’s out there and help each busy IT/Working Professional, just like you, to live a balanced and healthy lifestyle in a practical and sustainable way! So, after years of extensive research, personal implementation, and trial and error, I was able to understand fat loss and muscle gain in its most granular form. Then I took it a step further to get myself certified as a Fitness Coach to help people just like you working in the US, Ireland, Germany, India, and other parts of the world!
As you can see, I talk the talk and walk the walk! I have been in your shoes! I know how tight work schedules can get, how tough it can be to balance professional life and personal life. I know you want someone who can simplify weight loss, fat loss, and help you build easy but effective habits that you can follow for the long haul. Because that’s exactly what I wanted!
After years of being out of shape, unhealthy, and most importantly unhappy, I came to the realization that I can use my knowledge and experience to help others who are in a similar predicament as I once was and achieve their dream body! My goal is not only to transform a person physically but also to build long-term sustainable habits that they can follow for the rest of their life. My biggest win though my program is to help you understand how you can live a balanced lifestyle and how you can integrate fitness into your busy life so that you don’t have to reach out to me or anyone else in the future!
