I started working with Vatsa about 4 months ago. I was at a point where I wasn’t happy with how I looked, I always knew I was gaining weight but didn’t do anything about it until I had realized it’s bad. That’s when I came across Vatsa’s YouTube channel. I watched his videos and realized he could help me. I spoke to him, and he was willing to work with me, my pickiness, and my busy schedule.
Vatsa worked with me to set realistic goals, such as how many times can I actually go to the gym, the foods that I would actually eat and not skip on, etc. It wasn’t the easiest at first, to follow a routine out of nowhere, it wasn’t easy to start going to the gym 5x a week out of nowhere. It was a difficult start, but I pulled through and it soon became very easy. I started noticing my weight drop, but I couldn’t see much changes in the start, until Vatsa would send me my before and after photos from week 1 to the current week, and that’s when I started seeing the difference. I started receiving compliments from my friends, I started fitting into clothes that I once decided to throw away because they made me look fat, I am constantly adjusting my belt size because my pants get loser and loser every day. This makes me proud.
Today, I am down 25lbs and I couldn’t have done it without Vatsa. I can’t say I was a 100% with my diet, 100% with my workouts, cardio and step goals. I had vacations in the middle, I had some nights I went out with friends, I had some sick days where I couldn’t workout, all of these things set my progress back but Vatsa still understood and motivated me to get through it. Vatsa’s guidance within the past 4 months, the stuff I’ve learned working with him, I know I can do it all over again if I had to. I am able to make smarter choices when it comes to eating out and balance my food to maintain my weight. I am very satisfied working with him, and I would recommend him to anyone looking to get fit, especially if you’re Indian and looking for someone who will help you with an Indian diet.
