Where do I begin? I remember coming back from India in February and weighing around 104 kilos at the time. The weight loss journey for me as always been a pendulum effect where I lose weight and gain it all back and this had been happening consistently for a couple of years. So when I wanted to fix this and get into a much healthier lifestyle, my friend Raghav had worked with vatsa and gone through an amazing physical transformations himself.
His journey had inspired me in some way, and I started working with vatsa around the first week of March. When we started working together, I was facing a debilitating carpal tunnel injury and a right ankle injury as well which meant I couldn’t do a lot of running nor heavy weight training.
Vatsa customized a workout plan based on my needs and a customized Indian diet plan which was sustainable and not some crash diet. The best part of the entire 4 months of working with vatsa is his consistent encouragement and meticulous personalized follow ups, he made sure I was accountable each and every day and what has happened is over a period of time I have started to inculcate this as part of my daily lifestyle.
Trust me I had told him my goal was the reach 75kgs by the end of the year and seeing these results within 4 months, I can’t thank you enough vatsa for being a friend through this journey with me. I also know that you have quit your job to pursue this as a full-time career and I can’t be more happy than that for you, it takes a lot of courage to do so and I wish you nothing but the best in the journey ahead.
