I have always been an active person and used to workout regularly but never saw/felt the change I wanted. I’ve reached out to Vatsa with the same concern. After taking and following his advice “strictly” I’ve realized it is not just workout or not just diet which gives you the output you are looking for, but balance of both.
Misconception I had like everyone was that diet would be restrictive, I need to sacrifice on taste etc., but Vatsa designed my diet in a way that I enjoyed them and followed without difficulty. (This might look like exaggerated but I am extremely happy with my diet than what I used to eat before, and it is tasty and healthy).
I’m a vegetarian, and I lost 10kgs of weight in the span approximately 15weeks but also started gaining muscle. This is my lowest, but healthiest I have been so far.

- A good coach who can motivate and guide you through your fitness journey
PS: after reaching my target weight I am cheating few of my meals, but I did not gain weight!! Do you know why? I lost weight the right way!
